We finished up our Mother’s Day at my mom’s house. Mom gave me some pajamas for the hospital and a box full of my baby dresses which she washed and hung on padded hangers. So sweet. Sam is going to look gorgeous in my clothes! Of course, as she gets older, she will probably be appalled that I dressed her in 40 year old hand-me-downs (teenagers…), but they look brand new. I can’t wait to see her in them. If I am lucky, I hope to find some pictures of me wearing at least one of them, so I can compare.
Here are some photos from that part of my day with me and Mark, Mom and Joe. They are going to be such great grandparents : )

The Myers clan arrived for brunch in the late morning. It is, as always, a full house, but we have a lot of fun cooking and stuffing our faces with pancakes, hash browns, sausage, bacon, fruit, pastries, you name it!
Here are a few shots of Mark’s sister, Krista, and her husband Adam. Oh…and Sam’s cousin is in the photos too, you just have to look at her belly : ) Krista is due at the end of June, so it’s been a lot of fun being pregnant together. This time last year, neither one of us could have imagined we’d be where we are now.
And here’s some of the other Myers bunch. Maria and Analiece with Krista and Krista and her mom, Sandi.

Well, it’s my first Mother’s Day as a mom to someone other than my kitties. It was a pretty special day. A hectic day, but a special one. I got beautiful roses from Zephyr and Muffin.
Muffin wouldn’t give me a hug, but he did give me a Mother’s Day High 5!
And a cuddle….
Zephyr gave me hugs though : ) You can see my Mother’s Day gift from Sam (with some help from Mark) around my neck. It’s a really pretty silver daisy necklace that I saw once at a local jeweler and loved.
At this point I am 20 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Here’s my latest full on shot.
