Happy Thanksgiving!

Yet another Thanksgiving Day, and so much to be thankful for. I was kind of stressed out at the beginning of the day, with thoughts of the millions of things to do, and the hustle and bustle that was going to overtake my house, when my good friend, Debbi, reminded me to be happy that I am having a houseful of people to enjoy my day with since you never know if it could be the last one. So, I decided to take her advice and enjoy the day. It turned out wonderful, as usual. I was surrounded by this little pilgrim…
…and all of these wonderful people I am lucky enough to call my family.
After dinner, at which Sam would only eat carrots, Sam showed Penelope to Ryder. He really loves the cats and Sam was happy to help him be able to pet her.
Sam and Poppy played tic tac toe while we cleaned up. They must have played a million times. Sam won a lot because, as she told us, Poppy is good at a lot of things, but, unfortunately, he stinks at tic tac toe!
