Lost tooth!

Yesterday, Sam got invited to go over to her friend, Lina’s, house for a birthday party. Lina is in her class and she lives right down the street (yeah, I know…she’s been in school for 9 months and we just figured this out….epic Mom fail). Lina is having a regular party with all her school friends in a few weeks, but her family party was yesterday and since they were having a bounce house and all that nonsense, Lina’s mom invited Sam over. We went over and Sam was having a great time. She found out from Lina that Lina had just lost a top tooth the day before, and Sam has an insanely wiggly top tooth, so they were talking teeth. With Sam’s first bite of pizza — her tooth came out! Yikes, did it come out. She was bleeding like mad. I was glad we were at someone’s house and not just out somewhere because Lina’s mom helped me get whatever I needed to get Sam situated. Sam was so excited! She couldn’t wait to get back outside to tell Lina! The two of them felt like stars. They kept comparing how much they thought the tooth fairy was going to leave.
