Tyler Arboretum

This weekend Mark and I met Krista, Adam and Maddox at the Tyler Arboretum so that the kids could spend some time together.  They always seem so happy to see each other.  They smile at each other coyly and they make each other laugh.  Maddox, being 3 months older, is a little ahead of Sam and she just watches him and absorbs everything he is doing. I think she is learning by watching him and that’s a good thing.

We specifically went to see the Treehouses display that has been at Tyler for the last few years.  They absolutely loved it!  Here is the first of four posts of our day (boy did Mark get a lot of great pictures!)

Sam is leaning in for a hug.  I mentioned before in a picture with Sam and Zephyr, that is her typical hug position.

Maddox nicely complied and hugged Sam instead.

Hey, where are you going?

That crazy Maddox!  He’s always running off without me!

These treehouses are fun!  It’s so weird to be up in a tree!

Maddox and his dad, Adam in a bridge that leads to one of the prettiest treehouses.

I love this picture.  It really emphasizes how little Maddox is.

Extra, extra, read all about it!
