Making the Christmas Raviolis

This year we decided to maintain the annual tradition of making the raviolis for Christmas dinner. We kept it on a much smaller scale this year, and only made enough for Christmas dinner, and not the hundreds and hundreds we normally make. I think when all was said and done we wound up with just over 200 and it took us about 2 hours. We made them at Krista and Adam’s new house this year which was a switch from doing them at our house like we normally do. Everyone worked really hard and we had a lot of fun, even the kiddos.
