Kitty Love

Posted By on December 6, 2015

Sam loves her kitties. It has been so good for our whole family having their little furry feet wandering around. Sam is always talking to them, hugging them, picking them up. And the nice thing is, they don’t seem to mind (at least not much). Penelope’s feet hardly hit the floor, and even Zach, who tolerates being held at best, lets Sam hold him and doesn’t struggle at all. Penelope has been climbing into Sam’s bed while we are reading books at bedtime, which Sam loves, and they both are so playful that Sam is finally getting a taste for what having a fun, crazy kitten is. And best of all, since they have known Sam almost their whole lives, they love her as much as she loves them. Here are some pictures of Sam with the little loves of her life as well as some of their best photos. It certainly will be a fun Christmas this year with these little babies around!

Sam liked making tea parties for Zephyr, so she thought that Zach and Penelope might like one too.

Legos are quite fascinating, although they try to steal the pieces all the time.

Sam loves sleeping with Penelope. Occasionally, Zach will jump up, but he doesn’t stay. He prefers sleeping under Sam’s bed to on it!

I love this one. It’s like Zach is saying thank you to Zephyr for sharing her people.

The cats took over Sam’s doll camping tent for a while. It got kinda crazy in there!

Sam tucked Penelope in. She looks rather snug.

Sam still sleeps on our floor sometimes in the middle of the night in a sleeping bag. Luckily, there is usually at least one cat to keep her company.
